Hi, my name is Tavis Riederer and I am a speech communication major at Minnesota State University Mankato. I am starting this blog to help people around the world with conflict resolution using some communcation theory to hopefully provide some assistance. I encourage anybody to ask a question about a particular conflict you may have and I will try to give you some advice using communication theory as a basis for my anwser.
